Brand Strategist

Key Responsibilities
● Defining the vision and long term strategy around various marketing channels and for the marketing team
● Leading the development of global brand architecture, brand positioning and design to further drive the brand and its perception among customers with the aim to increase brand value
● Consolidating and analyzing customer insights, identifying market opportunities and understanding commercial requirements to make strategic trade-offs transparent, delivering a sound foundation to base strategic decision-making
● Create briefs to guide company-wide marketing strategy and delivery
● Develop new approaches to delivering communications through products and brands
● Delivering inspired work, informed by cultural intelligence and new/ existing data and research
● Working with other functions within the company/ team including data analysts, content strategists, designers, media buyers/ planners, creatives and others - Close collaboration with all Marketing and Operational Departments
● Engaging with the executive team to gain alignment around Brand Strategy and success metrics

Key Requirements
● 4+ years experience in a strategist or planning role at a brand-side company, agency, or research company ● Experience leading the development of responsive marketing in creative mediums
● Experience collaborating with dynamic organizations
● Experience building, implementing and optimizing brand foundations
● Experience building research plans and partnering with insights teams
● Analytical/ data-driven experience
● Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership
