Key Responsibilities:

• Defining the vision and long term strategy around various online and offline marketing

channels and for the marketing team

• Leading the development of the brand architecture across multiple

geos (focus DACH but also other markets), brand positioning and design to further drive
the The Companys’ brand and its perception among customers with the aim to
increase brand value

• Consolidating and analyzing customer insights, identifying market opportunities and

understanding commercial requirements to make strategic trade-offs transparent,
delivering a sound foundation to base strategic decision-making

• Delivering inspired work, informed by cultural intelligence and new/ existing data and

research

• Working with other team members and external parties on data analysis, content strategy,

design, media buying/ planning, creatives and others

• Engaging with the founder and executive team to gain alignment around Brand Strategy

and success metrics

Key Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a strategist or planning role at a brand-side company, agency, or

research company

• Experience leading the development of responsive marketing in creative mediums,

including paid online and offline channels

• Experience collaborating with dynamic organizations
• Experience building, implementing and optimizing brand foundations
• Experience building research plans and partnering with insights teams
• Analytical/ data-driven experience
• Experience presenting to executive and senior leadership
• Finally: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Location
The position is located in Berlin or remote with the ability to travel to Berlin on a regular basis.
