Programmatic marketing, put simply, is the process of automating the buying and selling of digital ads in real-time. Programmatic in-housing takes this one step further by allowing advertisers to fully own the technology stack and skills required in this process.
Programmatic in-housing is still in its early days of adoption in the mobile advertising market. This is where we have an impact!
Responsibilities- Working on large scale machine learning and data challenges that impact millions of people around the globe
- Building and maintaining a data infrastructure, services and pipelines that make data more accessible to the teams
- Developing and maintaining the machine learning pipelines using Docker, Airflow, Spark, and more ml-ops solutions
- Maintaining, scaling, and improving our research cluster to support the data-science team
- Working on a large variety of different tasks mostly around optimization problems in various clusters.
- Participate in code and design reviews for our machine learning applications to maintain our high coding standards
- This position will play a crucial role in the full product development lifecycle. Machine-learning is the core of our business, and the role will be responsible for supporting our research and moving research to production
Requirements- 3+ years of experience handling machine learning and data-pipelines operations.
- Excellent coding skills with the attitude of clean code, reproducibility, and testing
- Experience with ml-ops tools, data engineering, and dev-ops
- Good scripting for sure ( Python )
- Spark
- Basic SQL
- Having some idea of airflow would be good to have ( can be picked up )
- Our data pipelines and job management consists of Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and Docker and you need to be comfortable with managing and improving these pipelines
- Familiarity with Linux
- A willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly and get things done
- Self-starter attitude with a goal-driven mindset
- Ad-tech, marketing-tech experience is a big plus
- Advanced SQL is a big plus
