The team is in Hamburg now has more than 15 employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Further development of our tech platform within an experienced and agile dev team
  • Technical conception, architecture and technology selection
  • Continuous optimization of our working methods and tools: deployment structures, code reviews, test-driven development and support of our CI workflow (Github actions, init/shell scripts)
  • Availability monitoring (monitoring, logging, incident management)
  • Installation and configuration of services (GraphQL, Elasticsearch)
  • Support of our existing web shop infrastructure (including Hadoop, SOLR, Superset) and adaptation of new technologies (cloud, edge)



Requirements:
  • Technical experience with serverless/container/cloud infrastructures for (Javascript) web applications

Additional Requirements
  • Completed degree in (media/business) computer science or completed training as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d) or comparable training
  • Relevant professional experience as a software developer / freelancer / DevOps in agile teams
  • Experience with modern web development, corresponding frameworks and programming paradigms: Reactive programming (modern JavaScript, NodeJS) and/or object-oriented (web) programming (e.g. modern PHP)
  • Routine practice in dealing with Unix (web) servers and deployment workflows (git), ideally even with container/cloud infrastructures (Docker)
  • Openness to the diverse tasks, opportunities and dynamic changes of a young, growing company
Basic interest in agricultural machinery/agricultural engineering.
